Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry at The Way helps to cultivate authentic brotherhood to break male isolation. We seek to drive discipleship through biblical study, foster accountability for moral purity, and equip men for spiritual leadership in families, church, and business. We will often mobilize our men for community service projects to promote outreach, evangelism, and cooperation with other churches and different denominations.

Our goal is to disciple men to be Christ-like in all they do and be a clear reflection of Christ to the world.

Authentic Fellowship & Accountability: We provide a safe, judgment-free environment where men can confess their struggles, share concerns, and build trusted relationships that build strength and promote spiritual growth. We believe this directly counteracts men’s tendency toward isolation.

Discipleship & Biblical Literacy: Biblical illiteracy is a real problem in the Church today. We seek to ground men in the truth of Scripture so they can clearly understand their faith and apply biblical principles to modern-day challenges.

Equipping for Leadership: We understand that men need other men to keep them sharp and hold them accountable. Mentoring men to take active, sacrificial responsibility as spiritual leaders within their marriages, homes, and workplaces is something that needs to increase in all Churches.

Active Service (Good Works): We seek to mobilize men to meet physical needs in the community, such as serving the sick, the elderly, single parents, widows, and the marginalized.

Outreach & Evangelism: Men’s ministry is a training ground for men to confidently share their testimonies and the truth of the Gospel with neighbors, coworkers, and the broader community.
